Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items in new, unused condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and returned to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
